Bangladesh is considered one of the country’s most at risk to the effects of climate change and its coastal area is most vulnerable. Disasters and environmental changes endanger the livelihoods of about 8 million people who are living in Sundarban dependent costal area of Bangladesh. Women and children tend to be the worst affected and mostly sufferer for this reason. 

Please help us provide safe drinking water, hygiene, education and safe shelter of children and mother of this vulnerable area. 

Please help us provide food, sanitation, hygiene and health facilities to children, women and families in
desperate need in Bangladesh.

Since August 2017, near 1 Million Rohingya people, the majority of them children and women, have flooded into Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh after fleeing their homes in Rakhine State

• Special health care and rehabilitation
• Supplemental food for nutrition, if necessary

Bangaj strives to ensure a secure future for girls living inside brothels, as well as those are at risk of becoming victims of sexual harassment and prostitution. To change the lives of the children of sex workers and give them a path to walk towards an enlighten life Bangaj and its partner operating a safe home and following activities for brothel child.

• Rescue minor girls from brothels, stations, slums and streets
• Nutrition support to reduce high infant mortality rate inside the brothel
• Operate a formal school for the girls of our shelter home emphasizing on English Language
• Life Skills training to them on their rights, trafficking and sexual abuse
• Provide support to continue their higher education for brightens their future and inclusion in mainstream society with dignity.

• Safety and security through residential arrangement.
• Food and Clothing

Your individual/family/group donation will support Bangaj’s vital work to advance women and children’s rights and equality and service to extreme vulnerable groups in the society.

The donation will go to our following charitable works.

• Health support to elderly and old-aged women and men (i.e, Eye health, Diabetes, Cancer related health problem etc.)
• Rescue and rehabilitation of young women who are victim of sexual assault and gender based violence
• Livelihood and social business support to vulnerable ethnic minority peoples

Rights and habitation support to the landless and shelter-less people in rural and urban areas of Bangladesh.
